Abstract
After the struggle of social movements for human rights, people with gender identity other than anatomical sex begin to seek their rights. Many of these subjects are taken to the marginality, without right to health, education, to forms worthy of life. When these people are expelled by their families, most of the time, they seek in prostitution the only way of survival and, finally, they are judged to use this means of survival. Prostitution is a path that allows the most vulnerable segments of the LGBT society to have access to an economy that allows some form of coexistence in a world that denies them solidarity. The genre is a set of sexopolitical devices (medicine, pornographic representation, family institutions). These devices are reappropriated by the sexual minorities taking the lead in revealing their perspective of historical and social processes (BUTLER, 2001; NASCIMENTO et al, 2019). Since the 1st LGBT National Conference in 2008, the recognition of the rights of LGBT citizens (LANDO et al, 2018). Because of a set of institutional discriminations, LGBTs live in situations of social and economic isolation (NEGREIROS et al, 2019, FERREIRA, PEDROSA and NASCIMENTO, 2018). This constitutes a scenario of economic and solidarity struggle.
