Abstract in Portuguese
Este estudo aborda a relação entre a formação profissional técnica de nível médio e o modo de produção capitalista. Esta forma de produzir é amplamente disseminada pelo mundo, tendo suas bases fundamentadas na lucratividade. Chama a atenção para o trabalho em Saúde que, diferente da produção de mercadorias, tem o desafio de lidar e cuidar da vida humana. Neste sentido, é solicitada do profissional, uma visão além das técnicas para a realização de exames. Relata um breve histórico sobre a descoberta dos raios X, evento que revolucionou o mundo, proporcionando grande avanço para o campo da Saúde. A Medicina passa a contar com técnicas e equipamentos, na área da Radiologia, que possibilita formas de diagnóstico até então não existentes. Ressalta o profissional Técnico em Radiologia e o processo histórico da consolidação da profissão no Brasil, bem como a relevância social de seu trabalho, visto os exames radiológicos serem cada vez mais solicitados para diagnóstico e tratamento. Analisa a percepção dos Técnicos em Radiologia, lotados em duas unidades de Saúde da Fundação Oswaldo Cruz, sobre a relação entre sua formação técnica em Radiologia e a realidade vivida nas suas atividades profissionais. Conclui enfatizando a necessidade de se refletir sobre a formação do profissional citado, esta deve contemplar uma formação integral, vista a especificidade do trabalho em saúde. Ressalta a importância da atuação do poder público, com prioridade para a formação nos princípios do Sistema Único de Saúde, em função da formação na área de Radiologia, ser de domínio da iniciativa privada.
Abstract
This study discusses the relationship between vocational technical middle level and capitalist mode of production, returned to profitability. Draws attention to the work in Health, which different from the production of goods, has the challenge of handling and care of human life, seeking professional, beyond the techniques for conducting examinations. Recounts a brief history of the discovery of X-rays, an event that revolutionized the world, providing breakthrough for the field of Health Medicine now has equipment and techniques in the field of radiology, diagnostic forms that allowed hitherto existing. Emphasizes the professional technician in Radiology and historical process of consolidation of the profession in Brazil, as well as the social relevance of their work, as radiologic being increasingly requested for diagnosis and treatment. Examines the perceptions of professional technicians in radiology, crowded into two units of Health Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, on the relationship between the process of training in Radiology Technician course and the reality experienced in their professional activities. Concludes by emphasizing the need to reflect on the training of professional quoted, this should include comprehensive training, since the specificity of health work. Underscores the importance of the role of government, with priority given to training in the principles of the Health System as a function of training in this area, be a domain of private enterprise.
