Este material foi desenvolvido para apoiar jovens que menstruam e suas famílias, profissionais de saúde, assistentes sociais e educadores. Reconhece que vários corpos experienciam a menstruação, a exemplo de meninas, mulheres, homens trans e pessoas de gênero não binário. O conteúdo foi elaborado a partir das referências listadas, de debates e consulta à sociedade civil organizada pela emancipação das pessoas com deficiência no Brasil.
