Abstract in Portuguese
A Amazônia possui singularidades que constituem um desafio no que concerne à integração política, social e sanitária para o país. Na questão saúde, adaptar os modos de fazer saúde às necessidades deste contexto requer traçar estratégias, a nível de gestão, que sejam direcionadas ao contexto e às particularidades de cada local. Nesse contexto, a política de Saúde Mental também precisa ser analisada a partir das características do território, dos usuários e das questões étnicas e sociais. O interesse nesse tema foi motivado pela inquietação do tipo de cuidado de saúde mental da população no Amazonas, especialmente aos ribeirinhos. O objetivo geral dessa pesquisa foi compreender a produção de redes vivas na produção do acesso da população ribeirinha ao serviço de saúde mental no município de Parintins -Am. A ferramenta utilizada foi a escolha do usuário guia e teve como objetivo narrar o percurso e vivencias do indivíduo durante o uso do serviço de saúde e as redes vivas que possuem relação com sua conexão ao serviço de saúde. Esse estudo apontou que o Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) Antônio Laurindo atua como protagonista no cuidado em saúde mental no município, criando estratégias para proporcionar assistência, mesmo em tempo de pandemia. Além do CAPS, outros serviços especializados atuam ofertando o serviço em casos específicos. O acesso se baseia na relação entre o período de cheia e seca dos rios, que impactam diretamente no tempo e custo para buscar o serviço, porém essas não se tornam barreiras de acesso. O usuário guia, protagonista do cuidado, traçou suas redes vivas formais e informais, que durante a busca por atendimento impactou direta ou indiretamente o cuidado. Por fim, esperamos que essa pesquisa proporcione reflexões e novos estudos acerca do acesso aos serviços de saúde mental para a população ribeirinha a fim de que o cuidado possa ser integral, acolhedor, respeitoso e inclusivo.
Abstract
The Amazon has singularities that constitute a political challenge in terms of integration, social and health for the country. In health, adapted to the ways of doing health to the needs of this context, strategies, at the management level, are directed to the context and specificities of each local context. In this context, the Mental Health policy also needs to be based on the characteristics of the territory, users and ethnic and social issues. The interest in this topic was motivated by the concern about the type of care with the mental health of the population in Amazonas, especially the riverside people. The general objective of this research was to understand the production of live networks in the production of access of the riverside population to the mental health service in the municipality of Parintins -Am. The tool used was the guide user's choice and aimed to narrate the individual's path and experiences or use of the health service and the living networks that have a connection with their connection to the health service. This study of the pandemic that the Psychosocial Care Center acts as a protagonist in the process of mental health care, even pandemic in time of care to provide mental health assistance in the municipality, same time of care.
