A América Latina tem a maior proporção de mulheres cientistas do mundo, mas ainda há marginalização, estereótipos e uma lacuna na liderança. Mais homens precisam se envolver em discussões de gênero para promover mudanças.
Abstract
Latin America has the highest proportion of women scientists in the world, but there is still marginalization, stereotypes and a leadership gap. More men need to get involved in gender discussions to bring about change.
