Resumen en portugues
O artigo visa conferir o interesse dos graduandos em relações internacionais pela
temática de saúde global, tomando como estudo de caso a experiência da
conferência anual do Americas Model United Nations (AMUN). Para tanto,
inicialmente, é analisada a inserção da agenda de saúde global na disciplina das
relações internacionais. Num segundo momento, analisa-se a historia sobre os
cursos de graduação em relações internacionais e a contextualização do
desenvolvimento dessa disciplina no Brasil, visando compreender a composição dos
atuais currículos de graduação e verificando nesses a ocorrência da temática da
saúde global. Posteriormente, o artigo traz a revisão da literatura produzida para a
conferência da AMUN, com a qual se conferiu a adoção de temas que abordaram
assuntos da agenda de saúde global nas últimas quatorze edições do evento.
Ademais, o artigo apresenta os resultados da consulta de opinião realizada durante
o 15º AMUN. Como resultado, verifica-se que apesar da crescente importância da
saúde global na última década e do engajamento da diplomacia brasileira nos foros
internacionais, essa temática ainda parece ocupar um lugar de pouca relevância nas
agendas de discussão entre os graduandos em relações internacionais.
