Resumen en portugues
Objetivo: Compilar testes diagnósticos registrados na Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa) para a doença coronavírus (COVID-19). Método: pesquisa documental. Resultados: foram encontrados 217 testes diagnósticos registrados, destes, 135 eram testes imunocromatografia e 34 de RT-PCR, 15 anticorpos e 11 Imunoensaios fluorescente. Dos testes imunocromatográficos, a sensibilidade IgG/IgM variou de 72% até 100% e especificidade de 32% até 100%. Para os testes RT-PCR registrados, 97,05% alegaram possuir sensibilidade igual ou maior a 95%. Conclusão: a compreensão sobre a acurácia dos testes diagnósticos para COVID-19 ainda é limitada devido à heterogeneidade dos resultados.
Resumen en ingles
Objective: to compile diagnostic tests registered at Anvisa for COVID-19. Method: documentary research. Results: In total, 217 diagnostic tests were found, of these, 135 were immunochromatographic tests and 34 were PCR tests, 15 antibodies and 11 fluorescent immunoassays. Of the immunochromatographic tests, the IgG / IgM sensitivity varied from 72% to 100% and specificity from 32% to 100%. For the registered PCR tests, 97.05% claimed to have a sensitivity equal to or greater than 95%. Conclusion: the understanding about the effectiveness of the diagnostic tests for COVID-19 is still limited due to the heterogeneity of the results.
