Grande parte dos países que vivenciaram a pandemia de Covid-19 reduziram o número diário de mortes registradas até um mês e meio depois do primeiro óbito pela doença. Já o Brasil começou a reduzir esse número somente 79 dias após o registro da primeira morte. Mas a que se deve esse fator? O pesquisador da ENSP Paulo Nadanovsky explica, no artigo publicado em seu blog, o porquê de o Brasil ter continuado a apresentar números mais altos de infecções e mortes diárias.
