Resumen en portugues
O desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias tem permitido a produção de equipamentos analíticos de menor tamanho e melhor manuseio, o que permite a sua instalação/utilização à beira do leito, bem como a realização destes exames por profissionais não circunscritos ao Serviço de Análises Clínicas, proporcionando maior agilidade no diagnóstico e tomada de decisão. Contudo, o emprego destes aparelhos ainda não foi plenamente aderido pelos profissionais de saúde. Diante do exposto, o projeto, aqui apresentado, tem como objetivo identificar os fatores que influenciam (positiva ou negativamente) a adesão da tecnologia de “Point of Care Testing" (POCT) pelos profissionais de saúde no Serviço de Emergência Hospitalar do Hospital Municipal Salgado Filho. Espera-se que a identificação desses fatores possa subsidiar a formulação de estratégia com vistas a proporcionar a maior e mais adequada adesão desta nova tecnologia pelos profissionais do Serviço de Emergência Hospitalar.
