Introdução: No Brasil, a Leucemia Linfoide Aguda (LLA) é o câncer de maior incidência na população pediátrica com abordagem de tratamento focado na remissão completa da doença e com uso de regimes terapêuticos poliquimioterápicos. Cerca de 2-3% desta população apresentam a translocação t(9;22),também conhecido como Cromossomo Philadelphia (Ph+), que foram identificadas em 20% das falhas indutórias. A adição ao tratamento de medicamentos da classe dos inibidores de tirosina quinase apresentou alta taxa de sucesso nessa população (≈90%), levando sua incorporação pelo Ministério da Saúde, através da portaria SAS/MS no115 de 10 de fevereiro de 2012, como droga de escolha o imatinibe.Devido a frequente resistência e intolerância ao imatinibe, há a necessidade da avaliação de alternativada mesma classe para uso em crianças, como o dasatinibe, que ainda não possui indicação em bula para indivíduos menores de 18 anos.Objetivos: Avaliar a eficácia e segurança do dasatinibe em crianças e adolescentes portadoras de LLA Ph+ e, se possível, seu impacto financeiro.Metodologia: Em outubro de 2018, foi elaborado um protocolo de trabalho para elaboração de um Parecer Técnico Cientifico (PTC). Foi utilizado o modelo proposto pelas orientações da 4o edição das diretrizes para elaboração de PTC da Rede Brasileira de Avaliação de Tecnologias de Saúde (REBRATS). A estruturação da pergunta foi feita através da estratégia PICO e utilização dos descritores em saúde MESHe DECS, para formulação da estratégia de busca estruturada nas bases indexadas BVS,PUBMED, COCHRANE LIBRARY, EMBASE, TRIP DATABASE e CRD DATABASE, com filtro para trabalhos em inglês, português e espanhol, sem restrição de data. Os critérios de inclusão a serem utilizados foram artigos que tratem de LLA Ph+, dasatinibe, crianças e adolescentes. Resultados: Foram encontrados 373 artigos na plataforma Pubmed, 14 no LILACS, 197 no BIREME, 32 no COCHRANE, 30 no CRD DATABASE, 78 no TRIP DATA BASE e 739 no EMBASE. Será aplicada metodologia para retirada das duplicatas e avaliação dos resumos para seleção dos artigos compatíveis com oscritérios de inclusão para leitura na integra. Os artigos selecionados serão avaliados quanto à qualidadedas informações, através de testes compatíveis com a sua metodologia para realização da síntese de dados para o PTC. Conclusão: Espera-se verificar a possibilidade de uso seguro e eficaz de dasatinibe em pacientes pediátricos e adolescentes portadores de LLA Ph+ e avaliar o seu impacto financeiro, possibilitando a recomendação para incorporações de uso no sistema de saúde.
