USO DE OBJETOS DE APRENDIZAGENS DIGITAIS NA VISITA A MUSEU: UMA PROPOSTA DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO

Neste trabalho são apresentados princípios de desenvolvimento, implementação e mediação de objetos de aprendizagens digitais (ou aplicativos) com alto grau de interatividade para museus de ciências. Objetos de aprendizagem não-digitais já são frequentemente empregados na estrutura de visitação de museus de ciência. A característica não-formal da aprendizagem ocorrida dentro dos mesmos implica em uma variedade de tempo, faixa etária e conhecimentos prévios. Desta forma, o mediador pode montar, programar e orientar uma visita em função das necessidades que emergem do contato com um determinado grupo. Para que o visitante seja sujeito de seu processo de aprendizagem, é fundamental que ele possa interagir com os objetos das mais amplas formas. Portanto, espera-se que os museus de ciências sejam locais de alta interatividade entre público-público, público-mediador e público-objeto. Justamente uma das distintas possibilidades que o uso do computador nos fornece em relação às tecnologias de informação e comunicação usuais é a possibilidade de haver uma forte interação entre o receptor da informação e a informação propriamente dita. Os recursos multimídias interativos computacionais têm como objetivo trabalhar a transposição e complementação de um determinado conteúdo para um ambiente virtual, reorganizando estruturas e significados ao integrar, de forma hipertextual, recursos e estratégias das diferentes mídias e possibilitar a interação do aprendiz com o próprio conteúdo. Esta interação não se dá apenas como em outros meios tradicionais, mas de formas totalmente novas. O computador apresenta-se, então, como uma ferramenta e um meio que agrega esses elementos, somando a eles novas possibilidades de formatos como animações e experiências simuladas. Sua característica interativa permite ao público configurar, medir e alterar os parâmetros ou modelos apresentados e observar e dialogar com os resultados através de diferentes representações simultâneas e visualizações não possíveis de outra forma. Portanto, os modernos recursos tecnológicos possibilitam a mesma riqueza de interação que podemos encontrar em um museu, ou seja, interação usuário-usuário (assistido pelo computador ou não), usuário-mediador (assistido pelo computador ou não) e usuário-conteúdo. Pesquisas recentes têm mostrado que um material com elevado grau de interatividade associado à representação multimídia colabora positivamente com o aprendizado. Nesse trabalho são apresentadas e discutidas as bases teóricas da produção desses aplicativos; o conceito de objeto de aprendizagem e sua apropriação como uma ferramenta própria para produção de materiais didáticos digitais (como os aplicativos computacionais); as implicações do estudo das formas e ferramentas de visualização em ciência nos processos de aprendizagem; os tipos e usos dos diferentes recursos de interatividade entre público e o conteúdo; e as diferentes estratégias de mediação possíveis no uso desses objetos na visitação a museus. Finalmente, coloca-se a investigação das possibilidades de uso que esse instrumento apresenta para o museu do futuro e quais as suas consequências.
