Access to health must be guaranteed by the State since health is a fundamental human right and is thus registered in the Brazilian Constitution. The actions taken for this must be elaborated and implemented according to the principles of equity in any sociocultural context. Health care networks are tools that help people drive and access health care. At the border, access takes place in a variety of ways, since the population uses the territory according to their needs, creating informal networks with existential connections, what we call "Live Networks". The Maternal and Child Health Network presents indicators that allow the analysis of the phenomena and characteristics of the population of a given region and acts as a social indicator of human development among countries. With this, this research aims to produce knowledge regarding the structuring of the Unified Health System (SUS) in the border region in the Amazon in actions directed at maternal health. The objective of this research is to understand the networks produced by users in relation to the production of care and access to maternal and child health in the triple border of the State of Amazonas. This is a qualitative research, using the User Guide methodology. The research was carried out in the municipality of Tabatinga, which presents a territory with characteristics of a municipality in the interior of the state of Amazonas, added to the location in the region of triple border between Brazil, Colombia and Peru. The municipality is a reference for the medium-density network of the Alto Solimões micro-region. Access to health services by the population, regardless of nationality, ratifies the principles of universality, equity and integrality of SUS. We hope that this study will strengthen the Maternal and Child Health Network by understanding the networks produced by users in accessing health in specific territories.
