Abstract
The use of pesticides to control pests in agricultural production has increased in the same way of large number of active ingredients allowed in Brazil and worldwide. For each pesticide MRL was established to the use of GFP. However, monitoring made by ANVISA show irregularities, a condition that can pose risks to consumers. The population's exposure to these substances present in foods is evaluated by IDA, for chronic toxicity, measured through residues in food and its consumption. Apple fruit is one of the most cultivated in the world and widely consumed, especially by children and elderly people. The methodologies developed for this application the multiresidue analysis is able to quantify large number of substances. Recent analytical techniques for this application is liquid chromatography mass/mass spectrometry, because it can provide quantitative information and identification about the residues of those substances. The present study was the development, validation and optimization analysis of seven pesticides (famoxadone, etrinfos, chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos methyl, azinphos methyl, dimethoate and phosmet) by methodology mini-Luke modified with liquid chromatography coupled to mass/mass spectrometry. Instrumental parameters were optimized and shown be adequate to implement the technique. In the validation study were evaluated: selectivity, linearity of calibration curve, accuracy, and repeatability. The results demonstrated the methodology was developed and represent a model to be implemented for about two hundred different pesticides in food matrices. The present study was the template for LCMS/MS equipment acquired in the laboratory pesticide residues located in INCQS / FIOCRUZ in August 2009.
