A saúde pode ser considerada a condição em que um indivíduo, ou grupo de indivíduos, é capaz de realizar suas aspirações, satisfazer suas necessidades. A compreensão da existência de inter-relações entre saúde, trabalho e ambiente favoreceu a implantação de Centros de Referência em Saúde do Trabalhador com finalidade a indução das ações de promoção, prevenção e atenção integral da saúde em contextos complexos envolvendo a produção, o trabalho, ambiente e saúde. Nesse sentido, importa que sejam produzidas de informações a partir de ações de vigilância em saúde, fundamentais para a gestão do cuidado integrais em Saúde do Trabalhador. No Brasil há uma preocupação diante do aumento dos acidentes e violência como uma das principais causas de morte e adoecimento, impulsionando a ampliação Unidades de Pronto Atendimento. Considerando essa realidade, o presente projeto de intervenção tem como objetivo principal implantar ações de Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador, através da notificação dos acidentes de trabalho, em nove Unidades de Pronto Atendimento na Região Metropolitana do Recife, reconhecendo como diretrizes os princípios da integralidade, intersetorialidade e controle social do Sistema Único de Saúde. Foram estabelecidas metas, estratégias e prazos a serem operacionalizados no período de janeiro a julho de 2013. Espera-se que as ações desenvolvidas contribuam para utilização das Unidades de Pronto Atendimento como local virtuoso para a Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador através da responsabilidade sanitária pela notificação dos acidentes de trabalho identificados, com vistas à produção de informação para a gestão de serviços de saúde voltados a efetivação da Política Nacional de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhador
Abstract
Health can be considered a condition in which one people or group can realize their
aspirations, to satisfy needs. Understanding existence of interrelationships between
health, labor and environment favored the deployment of Reference Centres in
Occupational Health with purpose of inducing promotion, prevention and
comprehensive care health in complex contexts involving production, labor,
environment and health. In this sense, it is important that information be produced
from stock health surveillance, key to comprehensive care management in
Occupational Health. In Brazil there is a concern over the increase in violence and
accidents as a leading cause of death and illness, boosting magnification Emergency
Care Units. Considering this reality, this intervention project's main objective is to
deploy the Surveillance in Occupational Health, through the notification of accidents,
nine Emergency Care Units in the Metropolitan Region of Recife, as guidelines
recognizing the principles of comprehensiveness, intersectionality and social control
of the Unified Health System were established goals, strategies and timelines to be
operationalized from January to July 2013. It is hoped that the actions taken
contribute to the use of Emergency Care Units as local virtuoso for Occupational
Health Surveillance by health responsibility for notification of occupational accidents
identified, aiming at the production of information for the management of health
services facing the realization of the National Occupational Health and Workers.
