A Shantala é uma técnica de massagem aplicada a bebês trazida da Índia para o Ocidente na década de 70. Até pouco tempo restrita à classe média, a Shantala foi incluída entre as Práticas Integrativas e Complementares do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) e no Ligado em saúde de hoje, parte da série especial do programa sobre Práticas Integrativas no SUS, a apresentadora Marcela Morato conversa sobre o assunto com a introdutora da prática da Shantala no Brasil, a autora e doula Fadynha. Com a participação de Patrícia Kozuchovski Dare, naturóloga, da Unidade básica de Saúde do SUS em Palhoça/SC, e Ligiane Lemos, mãe do Gustavo e Taís da Silveira, gestante.
