Este estudo aborda a precarização e a degradação do trabalho na educação pública da cidade do Rio de Janeiro no período de 2009 a 2013, sob o enfoque da aplicação de políticas públicas relacionadas ao neoliberalismo de terceira via, a partir da análise de autores, documentos e textos que discutem esta questão. E com este objetivo foram analisadas as alterações na organização do trabalho pelo taylorismo, fordismo e toyotismo. Tratou da discussão pertinente ao avanço das ideias do neoliberalismo de terceira via para uma nova configuração do mundo do trabalho e a sua influência para as políticas públicas em educação. Trabalhou com a concepção de Estado Gramsciana tal como com a concepção de Estado em Poulantzas, além da perspectiva do Estado contemporâneo sob o enfoque do neoliberalismo de terceira via. Foi discutido o contexto da aplicação de políticas públicas que promovem a precarização e a degradação do trabalho na educação pública, bem como suas consequências no mundo do trabalho na escola pública da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, finalizando com a discussão sobre as consequências diretas que as ações das políticas públicas em educação promovem na prática pedagógica, ocasionando também o adoecimento do trabalhador em educação pública.
Resumen en ingles
This study addresses the precariousness and the degradation of work in public education in the city of Rio de Janeiro from 2009 to 2013, with a focus on the implementation of public policies related to neoliberalism of third way, from the analysis of authors, documents and texts that discuss this issue. In pursuance of this objective, changes in work organization by Taylorism, Fordism and Toyotism were analyzed. It is a relevant discussion on the advancement of third way of neoliberal ideas for a new world of work setting and its influence on public policies in education. It designs the conception of Gramsciam State such as the conception of State in Poulantzas, beyond the perspective of the contemporary State under the neoliberalism of third way. The context of the implementation of public policies that promote precariousness and degradation of work in public education was discussed, as well as its consequences in the world of work in public school in the city of Rio de Janeiro. It ends with the discussion of the direct consequences of the actions of public policies in education foment in pedagogical practice, which also causes the worker’s illness in public education.
