Abstract in Portuguese
O presente artigo busca discutir os limites e possibilidades inscritos no Transporte Sanitário Eletivo, enquanto política pública para mobilidade de pessoas que demandam tratamento dentro ou fora de seu município de origem, ofertado pelas secretarias municipais de saúde e sua funcionalidade no que tange ao acesso e continuidade do tratamento de crianças e adolescentes com condições crônicas de saúde. O estudo constatou as dificuldades de acesso a estes serviços evidenciado pela escassa oferta e pela burocratização perpetrada aos usuários, que se configuram como barreiras no acesso a este serviço, salientando a não consolidação da política, limitando assim o direito de crianças e adolescentes com condições crônicas de saúde, alvo desta pesquisa, o acesso efetivo ao tratamento de saúde.
Abstract
This article seeks to discuss the limits and possibilities included in Elective Health Transport, as a public policy for the mobility of people who require treatment within or outside their municipality of origin, offered by municipal health departments and its functionality in terms of access and continuity treatment of children and adolescents with chronic health conditions. The study found the difficulties in accessing these services, evidenced by the scarce supply and the bureaucratization perpetrated on users, which constitute barriers to accessing this service, highlighting the non-consolidation of the policy, thus limiting the rights of children and adolescents with chronic conditions. of health, the target of this research, effective access to health treatment.
