O objetivo desta pesquisa foi trazer a experiência do acolhimento durante a pandemia por Covid-19 sob a ótica das equipes de saúde bucal da Estratégia de Saúde da Família em duas unidades de saúde do município do Rio de Janeiro. Com a chegada da pandemia no ano de 2020, foram necessárias mudanças no processo de trabalho da ESF e o acolhimento foi uma ferramenta essencial para a condução dos casos sintomáticos e não sintomáticos na Atenção Primária. Refletir sobre o acolhimento na ESF no contexto da pandemia por Covid-19, seus desafios, as potencialidades identificadas e como as unidades e suas equipes de saúde responderam diante das transformações percebidas e vivenciadas trazidas por essa nova realidade sanitária. As equipes de saúde bucal que, buscando ofertar modelos de qualidade no acolher dos indivíduos, viram suas práticas saírem do consultório para se integrarem às outras equipes na perspectiva da interprofissionalidade. A metodologia utilizada foi a de entrevistas semiestruturadas com as equipes de saúde bucal. Como resultados foram descritas as experiências do acolhimento durante a pandemia, as possibilidades de mudanças no paradigma de atuação das equipes de saúde bucal e das relações interprofissionais das equipes da ESF.
Abstract
The objective of this research was to bring the experience of reception during the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of the oral health teams of the Family Health Strategy in two health units in the city of Rio de Janeiro. With the arrival of the pandemic in 2020, changes were necessary in the ESF's work process and reception was an essential tool for managing symptomatic and non-symptomatic cases in Primary Care. Reflect on reception in the ESF in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, its challenges, the potential identified and how the units and their health teams responded to the perceived and experienced transformations brought about by this new health reality. The oral health teams that, seeking to offer quality models in welcoming individuals, saw their practices leave the office to integrate with other teams from the perspective of interprofessionality. The methodology used was semistructured interviews with oral health teams. As results, the experiences of reception during the pandemic were described, the possibilities of changes in the paradigm of action of oral health teams and the interprofessional relationships of the ESF teams were described.
