As Comissões Internas de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora são importantes instrumentos de organização coletiva e de reinvindicações dos trabalhadores por melhores condições de trabalho e saúde. São bastante diversas as formas de organização, indo desde os comitês de bairro, até os sindicatos e partidos. Dentro desse conjunto de organismos de massa, um deles tem-se mostrado muito importante: trata-se da organização dos trabalhado-res em seus locais de trabalho. O presente estudo se debruça sobre as Comissões Internas de Saúde do Trabalhador e da Trabalhadora como forma de instrumento de participação demo-crática e organização política de trabalhadores no que diz respeito a conquistas por melhores condições de trabalho, buscou evidenciar como ocorreu a implementação dessas comissões no âmbito do setor público federal. Tendo como base metodológica a abordagem qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com sete membros das comissões. Por meio desta pesquisa, contata-se que as comissões internas de saúde do trabalhador e da trabalhadora estão em processo de construção e têm buscado estratégias para a participação social demo-crática e organização de luta dos trabalhadores, elas tem se mostrado ser estratégia de am-pliação e autonomia, contribuindo para a melhoria das condições de trabalho e saúde, tendo o trabalhador como protagonista dos processos de mudança, colocando em foco as experi-ências individuais e coletivas no processo de constituição das comissões e as ações em prol de uma melhor qualidade de vida e trabalho.
Abstract
The Internal Workers' Health Commissions are important instruments of collective organi zation and workers' demands for better working and health conditions. The forms of organ ization are quite diverse, ranging from neighborhood committees to unions and parties. Within this set of mass organizations, one of them has proved to be very important: it is the organization of workers in their workplaces. The present study focuses on the Internal Com missions of Worker's and Workers' Health as a form of instrument of democratic participa tion and political organization of workers with regard to achievements for better working conditions, sought to show how the implementation of these commissions occurred in the scope of of the federal public sector. Based on a qualitative approach, through semi-struc tured interviews with seven committee members. Through this research, it is found that the internal commissions of worker's health are in the process of construction and have been looking for strategies for democratic social participation and organization of workers' strug gle, they have been shown to be a strategy to expand and autonomy, contributing to the improvement of working and health conditions, having the worker as the protagonist of the processes of change, focusing on individual and collective experiences in the process of constituting committees and actions in favor of a better quality of work. life and work.
