Abstract
Sanitary Products Household Cleaning are controlled by surveillance / ANVISA and used with many different goals. Some of these sanitizing classified as detergents, that according to Decree Nº 79.094 of 5 January 1977, are those designed to dissolve fat and hygiene of containers and vessels, and the application in home environments, collective and public. In hospital environments, some detergents are formulated with added enzymes which facilitate the removal of dirt and are most effective on organic matter that detergents in that they act in a specific way, not damaging the material composition of the equipment and instruments, are nontoxic, biodegradable and easy manipulation. The enzymes most commonly used are of three types: amylases, proteases and lipases. To maintain the activity of enzymes need to ideal conditions of temperature and pH from manufacturing to product handling, which calls for quality control by the manufacturer and laboratory surveillance system in the finished product. Currently the laboratories of health monitoring system does not have methods for quality
control of products with enzymatic activity. This study aims to verify the enzymatic detergent formulations available and optimize methods for analysis of activities amylolytic, proteolytic and lipolytic to meet the demand of the Health Surveilla nce. The information from the manufacturers of enzymatic detergents showed no uniformity regarding the specificity and nomenclature of enzymes. The methods showed good results in the parameters of linearity and repeatability, thus contributing to further validation.
